Quickly reach out to core TGI Fridays Snack consumers via online survey to evaluate four package designs based on heat mapping selections, brand “fit”, shelf setting, attention factor, overall appeal and purchase intent.
An online survey was posted to TGI Fridays Facebook page asking “friends” to participate in the packaging selection.
Over 1000 completed responses were collected in 24 hours. Although two clear packaging leaders emerged, deeper statistical analysis ultimately revealed one winning design.
