Voice Recognition and Translation Application
Business Need
In preparation for the 2020 Olympics, the Japanese government selected TasteMakers Research to test the usability and efficacy of a mobile voice recognition and translation app for the English and Hispanic languages.
Solution
A modified PopUp CLT™ setup was executed to allow for individual voice recordings on mobile testing devices.
Results
Over 50,000 voice recordings were collected in extensive dialects across the English and Hispanic languages . Results will optimize the app quality and user experience for thousands of athletes, tourists, spectators and officials at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
